Payment Methods & Refunds

PayPal & PagoMóvil BDV (para Venezuela)To begin the sketch process, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required.The remaining 50% must be paid once the work is completed, before the high-resolution file is delivered.

During the sketch stage, in the event that the commission is cancelled, 30% of the amount paid will be refunded.Once the sketch has been approved and the illustration is advanced, no refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Workflow, Revisions & Delivery

The work officially begins once the Client provides the idea and references and approves the final sketch.During the sketch phase, up to three corrections or changes to the sketch are permitted.Once the sketch has been approved and the illustration has begun, no further changes are permitted.

The maximum delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks from the approval of the sketch.During this period, progress updates will be sent to the Client so that the progress of the commission can be followed.

Usage & Publication Rights

Personal use is permitted (such as wallpapers, profile pictures, prints for private use, etc.).
Commercial use is permitted, under the condition that credit is given (tagging or sharing a link).Passing the artwork off as one's own, reselling it, or using it for merchandise is prohibited.And in either case (for personal or commercial use), please, give me credit if the artwork is shared <3

I reserve the right to publish the illustration on my social media and portfolio for promotional purposes.If the Client wishes to remain anonymous, they may let me know, and their decision will be respected.

Right of Admission

I reserve the right to reject a commission in the event that:The Client is rude or offensive.The Client fails to respond within a period of 14 days.The request does not comply with my Terms of Service or falls outside the scope of what I am able to draw.
